We are beyond thrilled to share that one of our outstanding lab members, Luyi, has been accepted into the esteemed UC Berkeley Computational Research for Equity in the Legal System (CRELS) Training Program, generously funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). 

This program stands at the forefront of bridging Data Science, Criminal Legal Systems, and the Social and Ethical Implications of AI. Her journey will involve hands-on research, immersive coursework, and meaningful community engagement, all in the pursuit of making the legal system more just and equitable with the help of technology.
